Make it Mondes.

Every project starts with an idea — success depends on how that idea is developed, tested and delivered in the real world.

Mondes Projects is a multidisciplinary engineering, sustainability and delivery consultancy that leads projects through their most critical decisions. We take responsibility for aligning strategy, design and delivery, ensuring technical intent is maintained and outcomes are achieved without dilution or compromise.

Our integrated capability spans engineering and design, environmental and sustainability expertise, technology-led digital solutions and construction delivery. This allows us to guide projects seamlessly from strategy and concept development through detailed design and on-site execution, reducing risk, improving performance and ensuring early decisions translate directly into built outcomes. Our work is technical by nature, grounded in a practical understanding of how projects are planned, built and operated in reality. Through clear thinking, disciplined analysis and collaborative working, we bring structure to complexity and deliver solutions that are compliant, practical and built to perform over the long term.

At the core of Mondes Projects is a clear purpose: to support the transition to a cleaner, more efficient and more resilient built environment. We focus on long-term value creation—considering not only individual project requirements, but the ongoing performance of assets and their impact on the places and communities they serve.

Alongside the work we deliver, we invest in people. We support skills development, emerging talent and future leaders, helping to build the capability needed for the next generation of the built environment.

  • Our approach is grounded in understanding, open collaboration and practical expertise. We take the time to fully define each challenge, working closely with clients and partners to ensure ideas translate into robust, real-world outcomes that deliver long-term value.

  • Honesty. Integrity. Trust.
These principles underpin how we think, make decisions and work with others. We believe strong, transparent relationships are essential to delivering complex projects successfully and responsibly.

    Sustainability with intent.
Sustainability is fundamental to our work, shaping the choices we make at every stage. We focus on solutions that improve performance today while safeguarding long-term environmental, social and economic outcomes.

    Respect and collaboration.
We value thoughtful collaboration, clear communication and mutual respect. By bringing people together around shared objectives, we create the conditions for better decisions and stronger outcomes.

We are deliberate in how decisions are made, disciplined in how they are delivered, and conscious of the impact they create beyond the project itself, including the legacy our work leaves behind.

  • Mondes Projects was founded on a simple belief: that the built environment can and must do better. Better for the people who use it, better for the communities it shapes, and better for the future we are collectively responsible for leaving behind.

Through our early experience across strategy, design, engineering and delivery, we began to see a recurring problem. Too often, projects were approached in fragments. Environmental considerations, technical design, digital insight and construction delivery were treated separately, leading to outcomes that worked in isolation but fell short as part of a wider system — disconnected from place, performance and long-term impact.

Mondes Projects was created to challenge that way of thinking. We set out to bring a more integrated, joined-up approach to projects and places, one that considers how decisions made early shape performance, sustainability and delivery in the real world. An approach that looks beyond individual disciplines and instead focuses on how systems, environments and people interact over time.

At its heart, Mondes Projects exists to turn intent into action. To shape projects that work in harmony with their surroundings, respond intelligently to change and risk, and perform as intended over time. Every project is an opportunity to do better, thoughtfully, responsibly, and with a clear sense of the legacy we will leave behind.

Who We Are

Enquire Today

Our Social Value

Social value is fundamental to how Mondes Projects operates. We believe our influence should extend beyond the projects we deliver, creating positive and lasting impact within the communities and environments connected to our work. The projects we undertake, alongside our clients and partners, enable that impact, allowing us to invest time, effort and resources into initiatives that go well beyond contractual requirements.

We actively seek opportunities to make a meaningful contribution, combining professional expertise with hands-on environmental and community action. Whether working locally or contributing internationally, our aim is consistent: to leave places better than we found them, and to ensure our involvement has value long after a project is complete.

Environmental Clean-Ups & Local Action

We actively support environmental clean-ups in and around the communities where we work, including the areas surrounding our offices and project sites. Particularly within construction-led projects, where disruption can be unavoidable, we take responsibility for restoring and respecting the environments we are part of  reinforcing our commitment to responsible delivery and local stewardship.

Ocean Clean-Up in the Red Sea

Each year, Mondes Projects undertakes hands-on ocean clean-up work as part of our wider environmental commitments, including recent initiatives in the Red Sea. Working directly in fragile coastal and underwater environments, members of our team commit to removing marine waste, with approximately 70kg collected annually,  contributing to the protection and recovery of ecosystems under increasing pressure.

This work reflects a belief that environmental responsibility cannot be abstract or distant. It requires presence, effort and long-term commitment, extending beyond projects, borders and business-as-usual activity.

Wildlife Protection & Environmental Stewardship

Our commitment to social value extends into wildlife protection and environmental stewardship. This includes hands-on involvement in conservation initiatives, such as supporting the protection of vulnerable marine turtle populations in Kefalonia, where our team contributes directly to monitoring activity, habitat protection and environmental data collection within sensitive ecosystems.

These experiences deepen our understanding of ecological systems, environmental risk and long-term resilience. They inform how we approach projects involving sensitive sites, heritage assets and complex environmental constraints, grounding decision-making in real-world context rather than abstraction. By contributing time, expertise and effort to conservation work, we strengthen the insight, care and credibility we bring to responsible project delivery.

Our Ongoing Commitment

Alongside the social value delivered through every project, Mondes Projects has made a long-term commitment to positive environmental impact beyond our core work. From this year onward, we will donate 5% of our annual net profits to organisations working to protect and regenerate coral reef ecosystems worldwide, recognising the critical role they play in global environmental resilience.

In addition to financial support, we commit one week each year to actively contributing to these initiatives in person. This ensures our involvement is not only material, but practical, informed and grounded in real-world action.

We believe responsibility extends beyond project delivery alone. While each project offers the opportunity to create local social value, our wider commitments allow us to contribute to environmental protection and community benefit at a broader scale. Through this combined approach, we aim to create positive change that is meaningful, measurable and enduring, long after individual projects are complete.
